By using Lisper, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Lisper is a voice typing tool for Windows. It offers a free tier with a recurring hosted quota, a bring-your-own-key mode, and paid plans. Features may change as the product evolves.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Please provide accurate information when you register.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Lisper: no illegal use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and no reselling access without our permission.
Free quota and fair use
The free tier includes a set amount of hosted transcription each cycle, which resets at the start of each cycle and does not roll over. Fair-use limits apply to keep the service available for everyone.
Intellectual property

Disclaimer and liability
Lisper is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service over time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Lisper at any time.
